The Mediation Process Has Evolved and We Have Evolved With it.
Zoom remote mediations are here to stay. While there may be particular cases where the in-person mediation is advantageous, most mediations can be effectively and efficiently conducted via Zoom.
Over the course of hundreds of Zoom mediations and feedback from a multitude of participants, we observe no decline in settlement statistics. Instead, there is consistent praise for the seamless process, cost savings, and ability to manage complex cases which might otherwise be unwieldy or prohibitively inconvenient to attend in person. The end result is often increased participation and a more relaxed and cooperative environment for parties to engage and resolve their disputes.
